Refund Policy

Admission Cancellation and Refund Policy

East Point Group of Institutions shall consider request for cancellation of admission / withdrawal if the request is made in line with thter misstated below.

Terms and Conditions

Application for cancellation of admission / withdrawal may be made either by presenting an application in person by the student or his/her authorized representative.
Application form for Cancellation / Withdrawal must be made in the prescribed form (Annexure - 1) duly signed by the student and the parent
The application should be addressed to the Director-Admissions -EPGI, shall be submitted to the office of Admissions.
All original documents shall be collected from the College office/Admission office

Percentage of Fees* Refund	Receipt of admission withdrawal notice
100%	15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission. (Not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student, subject to a maximum of Rs. 5000, will be deducted as processing charges.)
90%	Less than15 days before the formally notified last date of admission.
80%	15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission.
50%	30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally-notified last date of admission
0%	More than 30 days after notified l as date of admissions

Change of Course

Subjected to Availability of the Seats and Eligibility of the Student
The students opting for changing the course required to pay the difference fee amount.
