Department of Training and Placement at East Point Group of Institutions (EPGI) gives high priority to the importance of training and mentoring for every individual. Students are exposed to best hands-on in-demand trainings on both Technical and Non-Technical front.

The Training and Placement Department has a fully fledged and highly qualified team with an excellent infrastructure, meticulously supporting every stage of the placement processes. With a robust industry network comprising over 300 reputable clients, East Point stands as a preferred choice for placements, affirming its instrumental role in shaping students' career paths.

The Training and Placement Cell aims to bridge the gap between student skills and industry expectations by offering continuous, industry-specific training. It goes further than conventional placement efforts, providing hands-on and industry-relevant experiences along with valuable insights through guest lectures. The department's commitment to holistic development is clear, aiming not only to secure placements but also to nurture entrepreneurship and guide students toward advanced studies.

Training & Placement Process

The Training and Placement Process at East Point is meticulously designed, paving the way for student success. The comprehensive training process unfolds through distinct stages, tailored to ensure holistic over the four years. In the initial year, emphasis is placed on Corporate Communications, fostering effective interaction in professional settings. The second year sharpens Aptitude Skills, honing students' analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Moving into the third year, the curriculum pivots towards Technical Skills, providing expertise aligned with industry demands. As students approach the final year, attention shifts to Interviewing Skills, preparing them for the recruitment process through mock interviews and communication enhancement.
