East Point College of Medical Sciences & Research Centre celebrated Graduation Day 2026, marking the successful graduation of 165 medical students, including 154 undergraduate and 11 postgraduate graduates.
The ceremony was graced by Prof. Dr. S. Chandrashekar Shetty, former Vice-Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, who inspired graduates to uphold professionalism, compassion, ethical values, and lifelong learning in their medical careers. The event was attended by Smt. B. L. Ramadevi, Chairperson, East Point Group of Institutions; Sri S. V. Pramod Gowda and Sri S. V. Rajiv Gowda, CEOs; and other dignitaries.
A highlight of the ceremony was the Hippocratic Oath, reaffirming the graduates' commitment to ethical medical practice. Outstanding academic achievers were honoured, with Rakshitha G receiving the Overall Best Outgoing Student (Academics) award.

East Point Hospital in collaboration with Government of Karnataka, organized the Pulse Polio Immunization drive on March 3rd, 2024, as part of the nationwide Pulse Polio immunization drive. This initiative aimed to administer oral polio vaccine to children below the age of five years.

We extend our gratitude to all the dedicated healthcare professionals and volunteers whose efforts contributed to the success of this drive. The inauguration of the Football & Basketball Court at East Point "Jnanaprabha" campus, Bangalore took place on February 22nd, 2024. Smt. B.L. Ramadevi Venkatpathi, our beloved Chairperson, inaugurated the court. The ceremony was graced by Sri S.V. Pramod Gowda, Trustee & CEO, EPGI, Sri S.V. Rajiv Gowda, Trustee & CEO, EPGI, Dr. Prakash S, Sr. Vice President, EPGI and all the Heads of the Institutions, Teaching, non-teaching and students. Students from East Point College of Engineering and Technology (EPCET) and East Point College of Higher Education (EPCHE) participated in "SPARDHA 23," the State Level Intercollegiate Sports Fest hosted by CMR Institute of Technology, Bangalore, on December 14th, 2023, and emerged as the champions in the Throwball Tournament! The management, Heads of the Institutions, and all the teaching & non-teaching staff at East Point congratulated the team for their outstanding achievement.
