This clinically-oriented course focuses on Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, aiming to enhance Clinical and Hospital Pharmacy Services. The sixth-year internship allows students to apply their knowledge in actual pharmacy practice or clinical settings.
The Pharm.D course distinguishes itself from traditional pharmacy programs like B.Pharm and M.Pharm by its patient-specific approach. Students are trained to counsel patients, provide information about drug dosage, timing, and administration, and understand the mechanism of drug actions, side effects, and adverse reactions.
